A page for a local business: hours and directions

A shop does not always need a website. It needs its opening hours to be findable, a phone number that dials in one tap, and directions. Three things a six-hundred-euro brochure site rarely does better than a well-made page.

What the business card holds

  • The name, the type of establishment and a line of introduction
  • Opening hours, day by day
  • A call button, which dials the number on mobile
  • A directions button, which opens the visitor's maps app
  • A photo gallery, with a choice of framing

The detail that matters: the directions button

A visitor looking for your address is often already on the way. The directions button opens their maps app straight onto your address — and you can supply an exact link if your entrance is hard to find, which happens often in the countryside or inside a shopping arcade.

And if you would rather not show directions at all, for a business that travels, the button hides.

Staying reachable while you are closed

The email collection block is popular with seasonal businesses. "Leave your email to hear when we reopen" saves the people who turned up out of season. The addresses are yours and are not resold.

What it costs

Nothing. No subscription, no domain name to buy, no commission. And no data selling: not yours, not your customers'.
